Great little restaurant in the heart of Wernigerode. I ate the slide soup. A regional dish, I ate the soup for the first time and found the soup really delicious. For dessert I treated myself to rice pudding with applesauce, cinnamon and sugar. ?

Food tasted good, we were lucky to get a table. The next day we wanted to eat there again but we would said at 8pm that the kitchen was already closed, in a bad tone, was not very nice you felt like you were in a village but in the village the pub is open longer.

Then the sausage and the jellied came on the table, both were very tasty. When it came to paying, it became special. The restaurant only accepts cash. No card payment. The waitress told us that we should pay appropriately, as she has no change. She held a large, full wallet in front of her. It was a little disturbing. First, apparently there was enough change and secondly, a bar that only accepts cash should be prepared for customers to pay with cash. Conclusion: good food, service expandable.

Friendly personnel.. high variety of dishes... and relatively good food.

Nice place to have a dinner in Wernigerode. They offer local cousine and local beer. The staff was friendly and there were no reservations required.
